Summary of Incident:
On February 16, 2011 the Tomah Police Department began receiving
Criminal Damage to Property complaints of vehicle windows that had been
shot out with what appeared to be a BB/pellet gun. The Tomah
Police Department received a total of 31 complaints related to vehicle
windows being damaged by a BB/pellet gun. The total damage caused
to all vehicles totaled over $10,000.
On May 3, 2011 the Tomah Police Department arrested four subjects for
their involvement in shooting the vehicle windows. The following
subjects were arrested and charged with Felony Criminal Damage to
Property:
Corey O’Brien (DOB 9-28-88)
Dylan T. Bigelow (DOB 1-27-92)
Robert G. Colby (DOB 8-16-91)
Michael W. Harris (DOB 9-11-90)
The Tomah Police Department was assisted by the New Lisbon Police
Department and the Monroe County District Attorney.
