15 year old male
DETAILS:
The Tomah Fire Department and the Tomah Police Department were
dispatched to Winnebago Park for a report that the playground equipment
was on fire. The fire
department was able to put out the fire after substantial damage to the
equipment.
The police received several leads of what had happened and who
was involved in this incident.
After following up on the leads, the police were able to solve
this case.
The suspect in this case will be referred to the Monroe County
Human Services for the charge of Negligent Handling of Burning
Materials. (This referral is common practice when a juvenile is the
suspect in a crime.)
